The main facility consists of the three bedroom Villa upstairs and a one bedroom self contained apartment downstairs. A further two bedroom wooden Lodge is located at the far end of the garden.

The 3 bedroom villa consists of not only the three bedrooms but also two bathrooms, a large kitchen and huge combined lounge / dining room. The kitchen is equipped with dish washer, microwave, washing machine, oven and four ring hob as well as all the other essentials you would expect. The lounge has a large dining table and two 3 seater sofa's one of which converts to a very comfortable double bed. Satellite TV is provided giving access to UK TV so you can keep up with the soaps if you must. Two of the large bedrooms have twin single beds and the third bedroom boasts two double beds. When you include the sofabed in the lounge, up to 10 people can stay in comfort.

The 2 bedroom Lodge offers additional privacy being located slightly away from the main building. It's wooden construction makes it a unique accommodation with fantastic texture and aura. It has a large and spacious combined lounge/kitchen/dining area. Satellite TV is again provided and the kitchen if fully equipped. 2 good sized bedrooms offer twin single beds and with the large and comfortable sofabed six people can easily share this unique facility. Outside the Lodge has it's own BBQ and terrace.

The single bedroom apartment consists of a communal kitchen/dining/sitting room and spacious bathroom. The large bedroom with king size bed combined with the sofabed makes this a very comfortable apartment for up to four people to share. Satellite TV is again provided and the kitchen is again equipped to a very high standard.

Outside the pool is a large 4m by 10.5m and has a diving board (used at your own risk) and outdoor shower. The large grassed areas around the pool are ideal for lying out and topping up your tan. Sun loungers, garden furniture and two BBQ's are provided to ensure that you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday. A large car park allows you to keep your hire car off road.

If you wish you can walk down the sand track beneath the umbrella pines to the beautiful beach that is less than one kilometre away. Here you will find a wonderful beach that is not usually too crowded as it lies between the resort beaches of Vale Do Lobo and Quarteira. These beaches are only a short walk away and are therefore available should you wish to use them. The beach has a snack bar and two further beach bars are located nearby along the beach.

A short walk away is one of the most famous BBQ chicken restaurants in the Algarve. Here you can enjoy fabulous BBQ chicken, salmon, sardines etc. A must visit as it offers great value for money as well as a great atmosphere. A new restaurant has been added opposite the BBQ restaurant that offers a more sophisticated menu. A Swiss restaurant and a Portuguese snack bar are also within walking distance.

The Villa is ideally located just 20 minutes from the Airport at Faro.
Getting there could not be easier; Flights are not included but you may choose to fly from Bristol, Stansted or East Midlands with EasyJet, BMI Baby fly from Cardiff or East Midlands while Monarch fly from Manchester and Gatwick. With the low cost airlines flights can be bought for as little as £45.00 return.
